Bryan: It sounds like The extra step you're missing is explicitly enabling the perlis.dll as a web extension. In the IIS console, go to "Web Service Extensions" and enable the "Perl ISAPI" extension. If it is not already there, create it and enable it. This is new for Win2003/IIS6.

After a lot of searching, I have gotten perl.exe to work in cgi mode. It is the ISAPI mode I'd like to try now. BTW Is there any documentation available?
