I have encountered a problem when I installed the two Perl modules apache-VMmonitor and Apache-mod_perl_guide and The error message is as below:

Error: Can't call method "list_files" on an undefined value at C:/Perl/site/lib/PPM/Archive/Tar.pm line 31. ppm> I use Windows xp sp2 and the perl 5.8.6.
