You need to add /cgi-bin to the path: print <<EOD; <center><img src="/cgi-bin/hrabargraph2.gif"></img></center> ... EOD or as previously suggested, create the images in their own dir (eg: /gif or /images or /whatever): print <<EOD; <center><img src="/gif/hrabargraph2.gif"></img></center> ...
