We've had the same problem and in our case the solution was that we had to
set some advanced userrights under NT for the user under which the PWS is
active (in our case IUSR...) and the user we performed the job under (with
the LogonAsUser option).

Looking for LogonAsUser for instance in www.deja.com/usenet should get the
exact settings for you. Don't remember them exactly anymore, sorry.
