- Addressed [InputOutput::RequireCheckedClose] Perl::Critic policy, this
required addition of some code, which will throw relevant exceptions
[InputOutput::RequireCheckedClose] was removed from the t/perlcriticrc, it
is no longer violated so it's listing might have been a mistake
