Added patch from Thomas Erskine
Workflow::Factory
- Added 3 new accessors:
- get_persister_for_workflow_type
- get_persisters
- get_validators
- Added check for existing context so context is not overwritten if existing,
fixing a bug
Version bumped up to 1.19
Workflow::Persister::File
- Added context parameters to serialization, fixing a bug
Version bumped up to 1.11
Workflow::Action
- Added return of empty list for accessor
Version bumped up to 1.10
