dXSARGS is what declares 'targ'. Since you don't give us
the full source and I can't find any documentation stating
any tricks related to this, I'll assume that your best bet
is to look at the generated *.c file and figure out how
dXSARGS got put somewhere where it doesn't apply to the
body of your routine (or that it got left out, which seems
unlikely to me at this point).
