Add in List::Util, Memoize, NEXT, and a bunch of tests for other
modules. Also added Mac::BuildTools, Mac::AppleEvents::Simple,
and Mac::Apps::Launch, which don't work, and Time::HiRes and
Time::Piece, which don't yet work.
