commit 070c4e1cd8d0c3d5207df190a2eda6db0b0264cd
Author: Dagfinn Ilmari Mannsåker <ilm...@ilmari.org>
Date: Fri Feb 9 12:24:35 2018 +0000

    Silence signed/unsigned comparison warning under
DEBUG_LEAKING_SCALARS_FORK_DUMP

We've already checked that the value is not negative, so just cast it
    to unsigned.

commit 89a896479511e69d3c65a7ab7c19e1fdead372e0
Author: Dagfinn Ilmari Mannsåker <ilm...@ilmari.org>
Date: Fri Feb 9 12:15:50 2018 +0000

    Use SSize_t instead of ssize_t

The ssize_t type is not required by any C standard, only
POSIX. Notably, Windows does not provide it.

commit 18a24bce264aa7ce260ec3e2295c9151f8dcd2e9
Author: Dagfinn Ilmari Mannsåker <ilm...@ilmari.org>
Date: Fri Feb 9 14:14:00 2018 +0000

Add Size_t and SSize_t to the default typemap

size_t is portable, but ssize_t isn't, so make sure we have maps for
    the portable, metaconfig-provided ones
