regcharclass.h: Change to use new inRANGE macro
This was done by changing regen/regcharclass.pl, resulting in some cases
significant savings.

XXX unsure if this is right. Need to reproduce to be sure. regcomp.c: Fix
out-of_bounds read in qr// execution trace
The argument to an NREFish node is not the number of the parenthetical
group, but and index into a data structure that does contain that
number. The code previously didn't realize that.
