deparse-skips.txt: remove deleted files
Remove two files listed for skipping that have since been removed from
the perl distribution.

deparse-skips.txt: add new skips
Skip the new file cpan/autodie/t/exceptions-smartmatch.t: all autodie
test files get skipped due to failure to deparse user-hints.
Skip the three new Test2-Suit test files, because they use
__LINE__, which gets deparsed as a number rather than __LINE__.
