I might agree with you if it were some nameless, faceless Corporate Entity, but knowing what I know about ActiveState, this sounds too much like FUD to me. ActiveState the corporate entity is made of individuals too. Many of these individuals have always been part of the P5P community, and get to exercise their free will over their community contributions.
