Bigger two:
(1) Surrogates such as 0xD800 and noncharacters such as 0x10FFFF
are subjected to test.
- It requires <no warnings 'utf8'> in addition to -w or use warnings
Either that or we use Test::Warnings to make sure that the warnings are being emitted as expected.
