This seems a little different than https://rt.perl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=130483 Digit resolves to the Numeric_Type property, whose uniprop-int value is 0 for non-numbers.
<:Digit> and <:Numeric_Type> both match everything. Will need more investigation.
