The things you do all the time, you remember.  Since
I am IT support to small business and do EVERYTHING,
except the wiring, which I have guys that do that
for me, I have to write a lot of things down and
keep copious notes whenever I figure something
out.  Sometimes I forget I have already written
it down.

I forgot what /etc/services was called last week.
Really annoyed me.  I had to troubleshoot down
a "Carrier-grade NAT" reserved address blocking
SYN packets.   I probably won't do that again for
two years (Fedora has all the cool tools).
