Yes. I've been talking with Miguel and others, and taking a look at 
the code behind mono.

Well, that too. But Microsoft's system is basically going to be harder
to target, because it expects things to look like C#. I hear they've
even upset some VB developers by turning VB.NET into a sort of
Basic-flavoured C#. Mono is going to be rather a lot more aware of
dynamic programming languages.
