Your picture makes me think of another idea; if you've seen the little
Pixar animated
segment with the birds (lot of little birds and the one big one that plops
down on
the wire and they all slide to the middle) maybe a variation on that. The
Parrot would
be in the middle, with the Python and the Java guy on left and right in
some uncomfortable
smushed fashion. Then again we want to stay away from poking at the Python
guys
since they are more friendly to us than the Java camp.

Another idea is a military style shirt (Parrot Trooper - Infantry Division,
etc.)
Then you can play on words like "Ops", etc.
