As far as I can find in the standard, only certain type names ending in _t are reserved, namely: [#1] Type names beginning with int or uint and ending with _t may be added to the types defined in the <inttypes.h> header. Macro names beginning with INT or UINT and ending with _MAX or _MIN, or macro names beginning with PRI or SCN followed by any lower case letter or X may be added to the macros defined in the <inttypes.h> header.
