Some combination of the recent checkins broke the tests in t/pmc/sub.t. This small patch fixes the problem.
Now I know what's going on here.
I ran the tests always through imcc, which currently doesn't know that the C<newsub> opcode needs fixup.
So your patch is fine. I just have to repair imcc.
