Ottawa eh? Well, if the infamous `/anick is involved, I'm sure we are all in for a lot of fun. ;-) I think some of the bigger modules are too big for one person, ideal for a team from Ottawa, in fact. Three bigger and important ones that spring to mind are: 1) DBI (Tim Bunce specifically asked for help in re-designing the test suite). 2) CPANPLUS. 3) Module::Build. Having said that, you better check with Andy. But I think you can just pick any untaken module from the top 100 that appeals to you. As for how to get started, I just followed the excellent checklist at http://qa.perl.org/phalanx/modules.html and it has worked like a charm. If a module you really really like is already taken I think it is fine to email the hoplite and offer to help. /-\ http://personals.yahoo.com.au - Yahoo! Personals New people, new possibilities.
