In that case, I don't suppose it would be possible for IMCC to allow function calls in an "if expr goto LABEL" statement, ie:

  ...
  if _some_test() goto LABEL
  ...
  ...

I for one would find that particularly useful. ;)

I'll veto that one. Much as I'd love it, along with compound expressions ("1 + (3 * 5) / FOO" type things) and a few other things, I think it's a bit past where an intermediate language should be living.


Might be a good thing to put into cola. (hint, hint :)
