Here's a big patch that adds newlines to all internal_exception calls for which they were missing.
Its currently inconsistent, but exception handling needs work anyway, that is put in appropriate real exceptions where applicable. And I'd like to have the handler functions add that newline. So currently removing "\n$" is fine, but that doesn't help, when tests are involved - at least exact matching ones - and the code does't add the newline in all cases yet.
