First off, I've been mucking about in the re_tests file, doing some braindead translation. (That thing is going to need a fair bit of rethinking, I believe...) Someone please stop me if that's not needed. :)
Also, although the language itself is pretty much defined by now, one would think that at least some of Apocalypse 21 would have to be defined... In particular, the extension mechanism would need to be decided upon; that is, how Perl would handle interfacing with Parrot and C. Thirdly: Read-Eval-Print loops, as characterised by Lisp. That style of programming is often very useful, particularly for quick experimentation. It's also one that perl currently has painfully little support for.
