I would like this on a per-test-case level too. Pugs' test suite uses a weird syntax in the descriptions to spill out the todo category (not reason, but whether it's a bug, a force todo, unspecced, etc), the position of the test so that we can use backlinks, and color the test file in HTML, and potentially other info.
