In the file config/inter/lex.pm there is the following todo item:
# XXX should --ask be handled like the other user defines or checked for

A decision needs to be made as to how to handle the --ask option, and
then this needs to be implemented as necessary.
This ticket is to move todo items from the code into the RT system.
