Some of the Perl::Critic modules are still in the Parrot distro, but
they don't belong (in the PAUSE sense) to Parrot. This patch tells the
PAUSE indexer not to look at them.
If you can get this patch in before today's release, then the next
distro shouldn't be "Unauthorized".
