Suggestions on this are welcome. Grant application time is usually
accompanied by posts to news.perlfoundation.org, use.perl.org, O'Reilly
blogs, etc. These posts explain about applying for grants, give ideas
as to what we look for and let them know that it's time to apply.

For example, see Alberto's last call for grants:

  http://news.perlfoundation.org/2007/12/call_for_grant_proposals.html

How else should we be advertising this?

Cheers,
Ovid
