Ah...Thanks for the catch :) The index page was formerly a symbolic link to the syn_index.html in audreyt's pugs tree which is updated by the good old evalbot and evalbot has been abandoned for months. I've pointed it to my own pugs tree on feather now, which should be updated in the same pace of the update_syn script, i.e., every one hour.
