[perl #68744] utf8 don't works in the interactive shell

When I try to print utf8 characters in rakudo's interactive shell it prints
jiberish.
Example:
> "Здрасти".say

Output:
Ð—Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸
