I should also point out that a lot of the brainstorming and thrashing out actually happens on IRC, specifically #perl6 at irc.freenode.net. (Though the s2n ratio is highly variable there, as on any IRC channel.) It is logged at http://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6/today. There is usually someone around who can at least venture an opinion on a question, even if it's wrong. And even if I'm not on at the moment, I always backlog for questions, and wrong answers. :)
