Rakudo smoke reports

Hi,

thanks to Jonathan Leto and the awesome OSUOSL folks, we have a smoke 
server again. At your convenience, please update to the newest Rakudo 
HEAD, reconfigure and then run

 $ make spectest_smolder

The reports can be inspected at 
http://smolder.parrot.org/app/projects/smoke_reports/5
