Oooh, I've sent exactly this message before. So here's a copy-paste :-) I'm not one of the people with access to the list software, so I can't unsubscribe you. If you view "full headers" in your mail client for the message you forwarded, among the many many headers you should see: list-help: <mailto:[email protected]> list-unsubscribe: <mailto:[email protected]> list-post: <mailto:[email protected]> Assuming that you are subscribed with the same address as your mail client uses as your "From" address, then simply mail [email protected] (and I think it will reply with a confirm request, and some other help information) If that doesn't work, mail [email protected] for the full instructions (and in turn, I think that has the address for "if this still doesn't work, mail here to queue an RT ticket for a human to help with".) Whilst the humans are fast, they are only volunteers. The automatic system is paid to do it, and is much faster :-) Nicholas Clark
