[perl #123084] [BUG] Can't use bare 'not' as hash key in Rakudo (but works in STD.pm6)

This works now:

$ perl6 -e 'my %h = not => 42; say %h.perl'
("not" => 42).hash

I added a test to S02-types/hash.t with commit
