[perl #126595] Cannot bind a Seq to a variable list

This works:

    ➜  my (@a, @b) := <a b c>, <1 2 3>;

This doesn't:

    ➜  my (@a, @b) := [Z] <a 1>, <b 2>, <c 3>;
    Too few positionals passed; expected 2 arguments but got 0
      in block <unit> at -e:1
