[perl #131397] semicolon subscripting in multi dim arrays has odd interactions with numeric string indexes

Shorter example:

    my @a = [2, 4], [6, 8];
    say @a[1; 1].perl;      # 8
    say @a["1"; "1"].perl;  # (8,)
