Can you manually run ${your_make_here} test and try to figure out what's
going on?  Specifically, does it give you anything like:

        'C:Perinperl.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

like it does on my system?  (Explanation: what does 'print
"C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe"' give you?  (Although that's only half the story,
and I can't figure out where the other half of the story lies...))
