Parrot broken on 64 bit

I've just been fiddling around with the assembler and disassembler,
so that they use Gregor's PackFile modules. While this now means
that assembly and disassembly will Just Work seamlessly when we 
change types and pack formats, it does look like I've broken something
on Tru64, or at least, exposed a pre-existing brokenness. I'm
looking into it now.

I'd also like packfile.c and bytecode.c to merge, if possible.
