Given that this isn't going to be the way we eventually configure parrot
and perl6, I don't know that there is that much of a conflict.  This is
also the closest thing to a policy we have at the moment.

I'd like this in as more of a convience measure, as some of the perls I'm
playing with parrot with were configured in really odd ways so at the moment
I'm needing to change the options each time I reconfigure which is a pain.

Then again, if it's only the name that's a problem, there's no reason why
it couldn't become 'fresh' or something like that.
