I just made the shared libraries build to blib/lib/ to keep them out of the root dir. I'd like to see things generally migrate to scripts/*.pl (except Configure.pl, I suppose) config/*.in (possibly) src/*.c lib/**/*.pm (includes Parrot::* and Test::*) And then, maybe even see the .o files get put somewhere other than the root dir.
