Thanks to bf's example, I'm now writing Befunge Makefile while
configuring Parrot. I hope that I did not miss sthg important. Please
note that $PARROT/languages/befunge/Makefile should go (the patch only
empties it AFAICT) - and I removed it from MANIFEST.
