Your example is well within the realm of pure evaluation, and does not make use of unbounded (environment-dependent) evaluation. But I think this ticket can be morphed into "once the security sandboxing is here, prevent :immediate to do something silly".

Would you agree with that?  I can create another ticket for .loadlib.
