Hey, I believe I've found it. There was an update to lib/Parrot/Revision.pm (#23179) to add "--xml" to the snv info request used to get the current Parrot checkedout revision. However, on svn v1.2 (1.2.1) that fails and you get a revision of zero which nobody likes. So, while upgrading svn here fixes the issue, I notice a google brings up a couple other folks who've run into this issue too.
