The one remaining questionable test (concerning warning of experimental.ops) has been passing for > 1 month. So today I commented out the TODO block surrounding it.
I'm resolving the ticket, but please start new RT if you experience any problems running 'perl Configure.pl --test' or 'perl Configure.pl --test=build" or "make buildtools_tests". (Remember, these are run after Configure.pl but before 'make'.)
