hi, i have some remarks/proposals on the current PDD 19 (PIR). It already is full with proposals and issues that must be resolved before it can be pushed out of draft status, but I figured now is the time (as it will soon be worked on, I heard)
shall i provide this as a patch, or can i go ahead and commit my {{
PROPOSAL }} stuff?
