[perl #55220] [PATCH] expands the file "parrot.spec" to build languages

Hello,

this patch for the file "parrot.spec" add the two commands:

    make languages
    make perl6

to the build part and put this files to the package "parrot-languages".
So the package "parrot-languages" will also hold the executable
"/usr/bin/perl6". Perhaps someone will add a better description for the
"languages" package.
