Yes. My reading of Parrot::Configure suggests that there's no tempdir
involved, which would need to be done per-process.
The alternative is to try to grok whatever Andy Armstrong was doing (has
done?) with the TAP::Parser::Scheduler and schedule 't/steps' as a
serial chunk.
Other alternatives could be made to exist via a simple matter of coding.
