Parrot release 0.7.0 is due out this coming Tuesday, so now is the
time to start focusing on . . . updating such things as the NEWS and
PLATFORMS files . . .
I've fleshed out NEWS based on "svn log"; please give it a look, because
I'm sure I've missed lots. In particular, I didn't say anything about
Cardinal, Pipp, and Tcl, because the commits for these languages tended
to make my eyes glaze. TIA,
