t/distro/test_file_coverage.t fails because there is no
"exceptionhandler.t" test. Methinks "t/pmc/exception_handler.t" should
be renamed to "t/pmc/exceptionhandler.t", since it now seems to be
testing the new ExceptionHandler class.
