we're moving to http://www.parrot.org/ ; I think Allison has said
we're going to automate this publishing process.
Yes, we're moving to docs.parrot.org, a site generated using a fork of
the perldoc.perl.org generation code. (Ideally, this will end up being
the 'make html' target, so anyone can generate a mirror of the same site.)
