Nothing changes at the syntactic level.

        FOO: while ( $cond ) {
        # FOO is now (an alias to) a loop control object...
                next FOO;

What's unclear?
In fact, no one needs to know this is going on, except
the guy who wants to know why C<next FOO> looks like
a method call.  (And he only thinks that because "next"
looks like a method name.)
